Lovely Day
St James Park

Its a lovely day today....
I went to a client near Westminster today and severly embarrased my young(er) trendy colleague when I insisted on stopping to take pictures of St James Park in full spring bloom like a tourist.
Isn't it pretty?

We have.....EXCHANGE!!
Which for the uninitiated means we have a contract to buy a house. In WRITING!! Whoohooo! Its only been ...(stretching the memory back here..)....over four months since our offer was accepted!!
After completion in a couple of weeks we will be in our "new" (over 100 years old) house. I have a feeling the carpet is even older.
Its not really a house in my definition as its stuck on the side of another house but we're not in Kansas (or Brisvegas) anymore so it is a house, specifically a "semi".
This is definitely one purchase I'm not going to go there on the conversion to Aussie dollars.
